A family office may become an associated member of Port Shepherd only by invitation. PS does not solicit members, and its services are not available to the public in any jurisdiction. In this regard PS coordinates the efforts of vetted third-party licensed accounting, tax, legal, and investment professionals curated to meet the needs of its associated members. While PS coordinates the efforts of these professionals on behalf of associated members it never directly provides legal, tax, accounting or investment advice to associated members. This process, informed by administrative capacity and experience allows PS to provide a limited number of discerning family offices with unconflicted practical goal-oriented solutions. PS conducts itself relative to each associated member in conformity with our mission statement and unerringly ethical standards.
