Port Shepherd Limited is an Isle of Man Company with a United Kingdom subsidiary company (UK Companies House registration number 15971167 and LEI number 894500C7QZWF5KW58R02). PS is managed by qualified industry professionals and bears Isle of Man Registry number 022585V, and IOM LEI number 9845002ACC74CE4C9F90.
PS provides confidential administrative services to family offices pursuant to SIC Codes 69202 (Record Maintenance), 70221 (Financial Management), and 82110 (Combined Office Administration). It was incorporated to both to: (i) act as a corporate holding company for its United Kingdom (UK) subsidiary, and (ii) to conduct its corporate group’s business activities on the Isle of Man. PS does not undertake any regulated activity or services. Management and strategic planning for the Company rests with VJ Angelo. Mr. Angelo’s efforts are guided by the experience represented in the Company’s Board of Directors and Advisory Board. Mr. Angelo’s is further supported by PS associates with expertise in the coordination and administration of third-party professional services with the sole intention of achieving our associated members goals in strict compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and industry regimes.

VJ Andrew Angelo - Director, Port Shepherd Limited
Mr. Angelo is a senior banking expert with over thirty-five years’ experience in the financial sector. He has worked in New York, Europe, the UK and Asia in a variety of financial product development, technology, investor relations and product structuring roles. Mr. Angelo has also spent time as an FCA Compliance Officer and a senior leader with experience at several multinational investment companies such as the London Derivatives Exchange. Mr. Angelo´s compliance experience reinforces Port Shepherd´s commitment to excellence.
Steven Cobb - Director, Port Shepherd Limited
Mr. Cobb is a resident of the Isle of Man. He received his Business Studies and Accountancy degree from Portsmouth Sixth Form College, whereafter he deployed his expertise with Lloyds Banking Group from 1987 to 2017. Mr. Cobb employed his skill set with Lloyds, serving in various capacities, including but not limited to, Isle of Man Offshore Corporate Banking Centre Business Development Manager, Isle of Man Offshore Corporate Banking Centre Manager, and Guernsey Business Centre Business Manager. Mr. Cobb’s most recent role in the commercial banking arena was with Santander until 2024, where he served as Director Business Development. Mr. Cobb brings with him over 30 years’ experience within the rapidly changing financial services industry, across a range of different management and frontline roles.
James Garey Ellison - Port Shepherd Limited
Mr. Ellison holds several accounting-related degrees and has previously specialized in accounts reconciliation and supervision for various United Kingdom corporate entities. Mr. Ellison is mechanically inclined and has enjoyed championship wins in rallying and karting motor sport events.

Judah Pinchas Benay - Advisor to the board of Port Shepherd Limited. The Company’s Advisory Board members are not publicly registered and do not vote on corporate matters. The Company’s Advisors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Benay is a mathematician who has employed this capacity in business. Further, Mr. Benay engages as an anonymous, but important charitable actor with a philanthropic background that has involved the giving of his time, expertise, and resources. Mr. Benay currently dedicates the principal portion of his time to identifying and developing technologies related to shelter, sustenance, and the provision of power and water.
Dipak Jotangia - Advisor to the board of Port Shepherd Limited. The Company’s Advisory Board members are not publicly registered and do not vote on corporate matters. The Company’s Advisors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Dipak qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1990. He began his career in the city of London at the practice of Forsythe Saunders Kerman, focusing his practice on company, commercial, and in property law. Thereafter he joined West London practice Vickers focusing on criminal and civil litigation. Dipak had a combined practice of commercial crime and commercial litigation for the next ten years and carried this on in his own practice which he set up in 1995. Dipak joined commercial firm Dass as a partner in 2000 where he stayed until 2018. Dass was a two-partner practice which at its peak had 50 staff with offices in Westminster and Birmingham. Dipak established and managed the Westminster office which gained a reputation in dealing with high profile VAT litigation. Most notably he represented the entire Subway® food chain in the UK in their highly publicised VAT issues against HMRC. He was regularly requested to present seminars on compliance and regulatory regimes, including being invited by the New Delhi Bar Association on their early initiatives on the global financial (MLR) regulatory changes for the legal profession. Dipak left Dass is 2018 to seek a less client orientated environment and has since acted as a consultant in various in-house general counsel roles and general advisory to Boards as legal and commercial advisor. Dipak is also a senior consultant at Ashbournes Solicitors, where he continues to advise on a wide range of commercial matters. Khushal Khagram - Advisor to the board of Port Shepherd Limited. The Company’s Advisory Board members are not publicly registered and do not vote on corporate matters. The Company’s Advisors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Khagram is a Chartered Accountant, and a founding partner of Kingsley Maybrook located in London England. Mr. Khagram possesses extensive experience in accountancy, tax preparation, business structuring and planning, and liaising with banks and other financial institutions. Mr. Khagram is a Fellow of Institute of Financial Accounts (FFA), a Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA), a Fellow of Federation of Tax Advisors (FTA), and holds a Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) degree in Business Studies. Mr. Khagram has represented corporations, trusts, and individual clients for nearly forty years.
